All designs are for personal/small commercial use only and not be COPIED, DISTRIBUTED, SHARED, OR RESOLD. Credit is NOT required. We do NOT require a transfer license.
Files CANNOT be used on any POD (Print On Demand) website including RedBubble, Cafe Press, etc.
If you have any questions about our terms, please send us a message before purchasing. We do NOT offer refunds on digital items!
Watermark Policy
If you share an image to social media, personal blogs, websites, or any other means that was obtained from Inkredible Image, Inkredible Image Facebook page or Facebook group, or any other affiliation of Inkredible Image, the image MUST contain a valid watermark. Watermark in this case is defined as a faint copyright mark added to the design which is visible within the shared image. This mark should make it difficult for someone to download and repurpose the image.
Refunds/Returns
Due to the nature of digital products, we do NOT offer refunds on any digital items. If you have any issues downloading a file, please send us a message.
All transfer sales are FINAL unless items are damaged during shipping. Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery. In the event of a damaged product, we may replace or offer store credit. We do NOT offer refunds.
Shipping
Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping. Tracking numbers are sent automatically after shipping labels are printed. Please note, most orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. USPS recently announced increased delivery times for most packages, including 3-5 days for First Class packages. If you notice that your order hasn’t moved in a few days, please reach out so we can file a trace with USPS.
Orders and Customs
Please send us a message regarding custom requests BEFORE placing an order. We cannot guarantee a change that isn’t approved beforehand. Due to the high number of custom requests, turnaround time for customs will take longer depending on the complexity of the request.
